國票期貨股份有限公司（以下皆稱國票期貨）成立於1993年，前身為泛亞期貨公司。在2002年5月由國票聯合證券併購，並於2008年8月正式更名為「國票期貨股份有限公司」。國票期貨為國票綜合證券99.9%持股的子公司，其業務範圍涵括期貨經紀、期貨顧問、與期貨自營。
IBF Futures Co. Ltd. (IBFF) was established in 1993. It was affiliated to IBF Financial Holding Co. Ltd. in 2002. The major shareholder of IBFF is IBF Securities Co. Ltd., the 12th in securities brokerage with 34 sales channels in Taiwan. IBFF is focusing on three main businesses, futures and options brokerage, futures and options advisory services, and proprietary trading of futures and options on the centralized market.
